S. R. Was well prepared to answer my questions and concerns. She met with Dr. before the appointment and the two worked as a solid team. I'm very happy with the Georgia Heart Institute.

They are quick, thorough and nice people. Even their hospital food was good.

I was hurting and didn't have an appointment but everyone from the receptionist to doctor was very concerned and extremely helpful to make sure I got the help I needed for that I am so greatful and Thank God for them listening to me Tha nk you all May God bless you .

Everyone was friendly and courteous. That even provided me with coffee on my way out. The provider did an excellent job of checking my device as well as my medication and made some recommendations concerning my medication, the receptionist was very, very helpful. And easy to talk to can't say enough about this practice.

I was treated with the up most respect and kindness from the receptionist, the medical assistances that gathered my health information and tech that perform the EKG they were so helpful and kind. The Provider, Stephanie Royall, spent a good amount of time with me going over my health issues and will be going up and beyond trying to get more information, downloaded from my pacemaker, for me and looking into additional Sleep Study information for me. I am so grateful to her for providing me with excellent care and kindness.

Everyone was courteous the wait time was very minimal and staff was prompt. The medical assistant, EKG tech, both were polite and kind. This provider always talks to me about my helpconcerns, my blood pressure, my medication, my fatigue with extreme care and concern. I appreciate her kindness and effort to go above and beyond.

All my experiences with Ms. Royall have been great. I have no complaints. She's professional, kind, listens attentively, has patience and explains in detail. She's easy to understand.
