I love Rychelle.I saw her initially as my MD didn't have appointments available on the day I requested and it was like I was born again when Rychelle walked in that exam room with me . Her bedside manner is one of comfort and reassurance and understands the things you cannot change . She also directed me to some external services I didn't know was available to me like a company who supplies me with an expensive medication I normally cd never afford . I can't say enough good things about Rychelle to describe the care she gives to me. Thank you Rychelle!

Of all my providers, I find that Rychelle is the most pleasing and informative than all my others. I would choose her for everything within her AOR, if possible. Just a great experience.

Rychelle is one of the highlights of being a patient with Northeast Georgia Heart Institute. She is always well prepared prior to coming into an exam room, pleasant and friendly, professional but personal. She was not in a hurry and took lots of time to share insight and experience regarding my situation and medications. She is an amazing provider!!!

Rychelle is fabulous! She explained everything to my understanding. She really listened to me. She addressed issues that were not cardiac related that are really cardiac related. She even gave me help to address and take to my care provider concerning test I need. I want to see her every time at this practice. I left the office with a feeling of hope. All the staff is amazing. The whole staff is kind and caring. Also addressing all needs. Thank you all so very much.

I have nothing bad to say about this office or the providers. It is apparent within minutes of speaking with Rychelle that she Is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. As a nurse, I am rarely impressed by providers, but Rychelle has exceeded all expectations. Will be recommending her and this office in the future!
