Rachel Lebolo, AGACNP, is a cardiology nurse practitioner who specializes in treating patients with advanced heart failure. With 15 years of experience in health care, Rachel has a track record of improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life through personalized care plans. Rachel earned her master of science in nursing degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Georgia College and State University.
