Over all, I find NGHS network to be a "good" experience. Clean and professional with a pleasant staff. However, I miss the large screen videos of fish tank or geographical scenes. They seem to calm and distract me from my medical issues while I wait to be seen.

I wish test results were discussed and not left up to me reading MyChart. When calling the nurse sometimes the return call is hours later or the next day which is extremely scare when it's involving your heart. Melissa the NP was very nice. Seemed to really care. She was helpful and explained things for me to understand.

Melissa Ruark is a rockstar. I get extremely anxious to go to the doctor and she always makes me feel better when I see her. She is caring, professional, and great to hear from. I wouldn't go to anyone else. The staff is also great, I just want to highlight Dr. Ruark!

My experience was great, I had trouble with my blood pressure not going very fast 40 I think I wasn't feeling very well, I chose to go to a better hospital so I went.

I arrived too early and was taken in well ahead of appointment time. That seems exceptional and unexpected. The whole experience was professional and reassuring of my choice to join this group.
