Melissa Blasingame always has your record and go over your meds with you and if is helping and will change it if need to help keep you healthy she is extremely good at her job.

She listened to my questions and concerns with full knowledge of history from my chart. She supported my choice to try a statin that had fewer negative side effects, even though it might not bring down LDL cholesterol as much as other drugs with more negative side effects. She agreed that if I could tolerate the statin, we could track it's efficacy. I appreciate her not pushing me toward more effective statins (but worse side effects) right off the bat. I feel like my concerns made sense and felt validated. Thank you.
