1st time with this provider she was great

I was very pleased with the wait time and how they were quickly there to answer any questions I had and to go over my health issues

I have been trying to get my blood pressure in check for years this pa helped me to move my med it helped.

This provider always goes out of her way to rake care of my health in every way. Excellent services!

Mrs. Cowart is a friendly and understanding person. She is an Excellent source of medical information regarding my health. S h e explains my follow up visit professionally and caring. Thank God for Georgia Heart too. Y'all have helped me greatly with my heart health.

Staff was very friendly and warm. General, easy conversation was had with no stress or feelings of urgency to "push me through." Karlye sat down face-to-face and gave me her time and attention. The office manager was out and about with the staff and intentionally said hello with a smiling and friendly demeanor. The other office staff was in their work areas having conversations with the other provider and they all seemed relaxed and was enjoying their time at work, which is very important, and translates to the patients as a cohesive workgroup.

My experience throughout my recent illness, from ER to MOU and as an outpatient after discharge, has been amazing and a great comfort to me. Every staff member was kind, courteous and professional throughout my hospital stay and beyond.

I was very pleased with any and all NGHI employees I had any dealings with. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, with me and others who dealt with them. During my follow-up visit, I was seen by the new Nurse Practitioner. So most of my answers are referring him seeing me. I apologize for not remembering his name.

Karlye helped me with my prescriptions I was having issues with them I see Karlye when Dr is not available on short notice she's great

I had an appt with another Dr that saw a problem and insisted that I see a cardiologist right away or go to ER. I called and they saw me right away. Very grateful to them.
