Dr. Joseph is knowledgeable and very helpful. He had a calming demeanor and explains things thoroughly. I'm very thankful that I found him. I don't believe I'd be alive today If It wasn't for him.

Dr. Joseph is an excellent communicator and listener. He always knows your medical history and recent test results before beginning the appointment.

Reception staff was alert, attentive and friendly. Wait was short. Nurses/attendants took preliminary information and BP right away. Dr. Joseph was prompt and relaxed. He gave me his full attention and listened to what I said. He gave me a clear explanation of my condition and understandable reasons for his recommendations. The visit was useful to me and I left feeling like my time was respected and well spent.

Dr. Joseph is a great doctor. Our conversations are always two sided. He listens to my questions and responds with answers that rarely include medical jargon. If it does, he adds additional comments to make it all make sense. I know he cares about my heart health!

My provider has a very good reputation and is very knowledgeable in his field I feel very confident that he would give me the very best care in an emergency or hospitalization. However he is a typical strong man demeanor and could be a little more empathetic in listening to me. He is a great dr and I like him. But I wish he would be more compassionate.

Even if test results aren't good, Dr. Joseph tries to give you the information without trying to scare you. Then he suggests how to either cope with the results or ways to treat the problem.

This was my first visit to NGPG/Georgia Heart Institute. The staff was very courteous and cooperative in making this initial visit to NGPG/GHI very organized and successful. They were very efficient and effective in providing Dr. Joseph with all of the necessary information which he needed in order to make this initial visit successful and rewarding for me and I hope for him, also. He relayed important information to me about this visit and the plan for my care going forward. Dr. Joseph explained this to me and I felt that this was my best choice going forward.
